_Financing and Investment

 

Mr. Py has arranged total financing and investment for over $300 million of his own development projects, now completed. In addition, through prominent and established associates of Mr. Py's, we can arrange joint venture partners, negotiate, originate and place mortgage and equity, credit enhancement for and with real estate developers, institutional investors/lenders, contractors, private individuals, for any type of project, and any monetary size once we have established the financial viability.

Mr. Py has direct access and represents a private investment/lending fund that provides up to 100% of Total Project Development Costs for qualified projects and developer teams. Project must qualify for economic and humanitarian benefits. PY Consulting Group will respond within 5 business days upon receipt of brief and preliminary Business/Development Summary of proposed project. Acquisition of existing operating projects or new to-be-built will be considered.
